Zwölf mal eins mal zwei
A 12 hour sound installation/performance
during the
16. Leipziger 24-Stunden-Austellung am 12.4.2014 in der Hermann-Liebmann-Str.88
With our instruments bassflute/viola and bassclarinet and with our recording and playback equipment we stayed for twelve hours in a room that was visible (and hearable) for the audience through an open door. We played for one hour, recorded that hour, then played back the recording of the first hour in the second hour and recorded it again (filtered by the resonance frequencies of the room and complemented with new sounds), and so on until the twelfth recording- which became a sort of time exposure of the room for the last 12 hours.
